Of course it will not be easy to understand, it the government folks!! But if you go in and do the research, you can get money!! Easy it won’t be , but doable ,yes it is!!
If you are poor and have bad credit, government money is the way. I have been paying taxes for 30 years, I feel like some return is in order.
